General description
AiP74CBTLV3257 is a 4-Bit 1-of-2 FET Multiplexer/Demultiplexer. The circuit has a common selection port (S) and an enable control port (OE). To ensure the high-impedance OFF-state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to Vcc through a pull-up resistor. This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFFcircuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through thedevice when it is powered down.
