2-wire LED drivers (CLK / DIO)
AIP1637 drives 8 segments × 6 digits (common anode) with 8 × 2 key scan, a TM1637 equivalent. AiP650EO (SOP-16) drives 8 segments × 4 digits with 7 × 4 key scan (TM1650 equivalent); AiP1651 drives 7 × 4 with 7 × 1 keys (TM1651). AiP1640 drives 8 segments × 16 digits without key scan (TM1640). These parts use a start/stop/ACK framed two-wire protocol; check command codes in the datasheet before reusing firmware.
3-wire LED drivers (CLK / STB / DIO)
AIP1668 (SOP-24 / SSOP-24) and AIP1628 (SOP-28 / SSOP-28) offer 13 × 4 to 10 × 7 display modes with 10 × 2 key scan, equivalent to TM1668 and TM1628. AIP1629 drives up to 16 segments × 8 digits with key scan (TM1629). AIP1616 (7 × 4) and AIP1620 (10 × 4 to 8 × 6) are display-only drivers without key scan. These are used in induction cookers, rice cookers, microwave ovens, air conditioners and set-top boxes.
LCD driver
CS1621 is a 32 × 4 memory-mapped LCD driver with buzzer output and watchdog, functionally equivalent to HT1621B, for meters and appliances. Besides SSOP-48 it is stocked in QFP-44, SSOP-24 and SOP-24.
Driver array
AIP2003 provides seven 500 mA / 50 V Darlington channels with freewheeling diodes, a replacement for ULN2003 in relay and stepper-motor drive.

- Is AIP1637 compatible with TM1637 Arduino libraries?
- AIP1637 uses the same pinout and the same CLK / DIO start-stop-ACK protocol with 8 × 6 display RAM, so TM1637 driver code is the usual starting point. Verify command codes and timing (max. clock 500 kHz – 1 MHz depending on datasheet revision) before production.
- Which I-CORE part replaces TM1650?
- AiP650EOSA16.TR (SOP-16) — 8 segments × 4 digits, 7 × 4 key scan, 2-wire interface, 3.0–5.5 V supply.
- Is AiP1640 compatible with TM1640 firmware?
