General description
CS1622 is a 32 Seg×8 Com LCD driver and controller. The circuit has built-in serial communication interface, which can be directly connected with the main control device for function setting. CS1622 built-in display data RAM, the data in RAM can be mapped to LCD display. The circuit has built-in LCD bias resistance, which can realize the LCD driver function with minimal peripheral. The circuit built-in clock, buzzer, WDT/time base generator and other functions, can be applied to a variety of LCD modules and display subsystems.
