Auto-direction translators
AiPTS0101–AiPTS0108 are equivalents of the TXS010x family: auto-direction-sensing translators for open-drain and push-pull lines such as I²C, 1-Wire and GPIO (A side 1.65–3.6 V, B side 2.3–5.5 V; up to 2 Mbps open-drain, 50 Mbps push-pull). AiPTB0101–AiPTB0108 are equivalents of the TXB010x family for push-pull signals such as SPI and UART (A side 1.2–3.6 V, B side 1.65–5.5 V); like the TXB originals, they are not intended for open-drain buses. AiP2206 and AiPLS0102 are I²C / SMBus-type translators.
Direction-controlled transceivers
AiP74LVC1T45, 2T45, 4T245, 8T245 and 16T245, and the AiP74AVC…T245 / T774 parts, are dual-supply transceivers with a direction pin: port A and port B each run from their own supply, from 1.2–5.5 V (LVC) or 0.8–3.6 V (AVC). AiP74LVC4245 is an octal 3.3 V ↔ 5 V transceiver.
Single-supply translating gates
AiP74LV1T08, 1T34 and 1T125 have low input thresholds so that a 1.8 V or 3.3 V signal can drive a gate powered from a higher supply — a simple one-way up-translation without a second supply.
RS-485
AiP485A (up to 10 Mbps) and AiP485B (up to 500 kbps) are low-power, full fail-safe RS-485 transceivers for 3–5.5 V systems.

- Use the TXS-type (AiPTS01xx) or an I²C translator such as AiP2206 for open-drain buses like I²C. TXB-type parts are designed for push-pull signals. Check the datasheet application notes before design-in.
